The holster is compatible with the pocket clip still attached to the ARC, but it must be moved to the blade side of the tool. Or add my Barnacle Bit Holder to hold one more bit.
If you do wish to remove the pocket clip from the Leatherman ARC you need a Torx T6 driver.
If you wish: can then fill in the holes left behind by using two tiny #2-56 x 1/16"L Set Screws.

Really like the holster. Only concern is the side bit holder. Bits seem really loose and slide out too easily. I'm cautious they may fall out.
