Inbound shipping:

Inbound shipping is not included. Insurance, damage, loss and other inbound shipping issues are not the responsibility of ZapWizard.com. Please carefully pack and protect your tool.

You will be required to ship your Multitool to ZapWizard.com

You will be without your multitool for the time it takes to ship plus up to 3 days processing time.

To pre-calculate shipping costs: Use 78620 as the zip code.

The full shipping address is provided via email after you place your order.

Sorry due to customs issues with bladed tools: This service is available in the USA only.

Outbound shipping:

Outbound shipping from ZapWizard.com is handled normally, and is calculated at the time of checkout. Laser etched items are sent back to the address listed on your order.

Turn around time is up to three days to allow for weekends and holidays.

Combined orders:

If you are purchasing other items that feature "ZapWizard Design" as the vendor: (Listed above the product name) those item are held until the etching process is complete.

If you want your other items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

Orders can be split up if you change your mind, but shipping will be added.

Your Artwork:

The customization program allows to upload images up to 5MB. Please make the largest image you can that is still under that limit. You can layer multiple images or clip art in the program to get the look you want.

Please use only Black or White images. Line drawing style works best. Transparent background PNGs are recommended.

Grey scale images may work, but results will vary. I can't be held responsible for bad artwork.

Text can be added directly in the customization program.

The software allows different image per side. If you want the same artwork on both sides, or just one side let me know in the comments.

Once your artwork is created, I can only tweak the position or size of graphics. I can't alter the text or images you upload. Please keep that in mind while making your artwork.

Proof approval:

While your item is inbound I will work on the artwork proof.

I will provide a proof via email before running your job. The proof will be a rendered close to what I believe the final result will look like.

Because not all tools are created equal, there may still be some variation in the overall output. ZapWizard.com will not replace tools with poor etching due to artwork.

Cancelation:

Any canceled Laser Etching orders that make it past the proofing process will incur a $5 fee.
