• You will need to send your tool in for this service
• Adds a laser etched ruler to your multitool
• Metric on one side, imperial on the other (Except for the P2)
• Etched using a fiber laser
• Etching is on the surface (no depth)
• Due to two-way shipping this isn't an instant process.
• Tool not included
• $5 of your purchase is used to insure your return shipping.
• This is a permanent process, no refunds, no replaced tools.

Inbound shipping:

• You will be required to pack and ship your Multitool to ZapWizard.com.
• To pre-calculate shipping costs: Use 78620 as the zip code.
• Inbound shipping costs are not included. Insurance, damage or loss and other inbound shipping issues are not the responsibility of ZapWizard.com.
• Please include your order number inside the package. If possible reply to your order e-mail with the tracking number of your shipment.
• You will be without your multitool for the time it takes to ship plus up to 3 days processing time.
• The full shipping address is sent instantly via email after you place your order.
• This service is available in the USA only. This is due to import/export issues with bladed tools.

Outbound shipping:

• Outbound shipping from ZapWizard.com is handled normally, and is calculated at the time of checkout using the shipping method you select.
• The cost of this service has increased by $5 to insure the cost of your tool during shipping. 
• If you order more than one etching then a $5 discount automatically be applied to the 2nd item.
• ZapWizard.com will not replace items lost due to shipping. Insurance claims will be handled on a case by case basis.
• Laser etched items are sent back to the address listed on your order.
• Turn around time is up to three days to allow for weekends and holidays.

Combined orders:

• If you are purchasing other items that feature "ZapWizard Design" as the vendor: (Listed above the product name) those item are held until the etching process is complete.
• If you want your other items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.
• Orders can be split up if you change your mind, but shipping will be added.
• PC doodle and community parts typically have separate shipping, and don't need to be ordered separately.

Cancelation:

Any canceled Laser Etching orders will incur a $5 processing fee.
